As three Koch company executives accept roles at Georgia-Pacific Corporation and depart the Invista board of directors, three new Invista board members have been appointed. Jeff Gentry, president of Koch Mineral Services and Koch In­dustries, Inc. board member, will now serve as chairman of Invista’s board. Mr. Gentry joined Koch Carbon, Inc. in 1983. Jeff Walker will continue as president, CEO and a director of Invista, reporting to its board.

In addition, Jim Mahoney, KII vice president—operations excellence and compliance, and Mark Humphrey, KII vice president—tax services, have joined the Invista board of directors. Mr. Mahoney began his career at Koch in 1988 and previously served as executive vice president of operations for Flint Hills Resources. Mr. Humphrey joined Koch in 1995, before which he held positions at the Treasury De­partment, Price Waterhouse and Hallmark Cards.

Those resigning from Invista’s board of directors are: Joe Moeller, formerly president and chief operating officer for Koch Industries, Inc, and now president and chief executive officer for Georgia-Pacific Corporation; Bill Caf­fey, formerly executive vice president of Koch Industries for operations, now serving as executive vice president, operations and compliance for Georgia-Pacific; and Tye Darland, formerly vice president and co-general counsel of Koch Industries, now senior vice president—general counsel for Georgia-Pacific. These leaders moved to Georgia-Pacific as it became a Koch Industries, Inc. subsidiary in an acquisition that was completed in December.
